Primo Group Services was engaged to deliver a complete electrical and air conditioning installation for this contemporary residence, incorporating cutting-edge technology, superior performance, and elegant design throughout. From the moment you step inside, the home radiates warmth, sophistication, and seamless functionality.

The electrical layout was carefully designed to complement the home’s architectural flow, with LED lighting integrated throughout. Every light source was selected not just for performance but for ambiance — from sleek feature pendant lights that define the living and dining areas to architectural LED strips that highlight the home’s form, textures, and materials.

Outdoors, the same attention to detail continues with feature garden lighting that transforms the landscape at night. Pathways, trees, and architectural structures are softly illuminated, creating a sense of harmony and extending the living experience beyond the interior.

At the heart of this project lies a highly sophisticated Daikin VRV air conditioning system, engineered to provide effortless climate control with maximum efficiency. The installation features two fully independent VRV systems, each serving multiple indoor units strategically positioned across the home’s living zones, bedrooms, and entertainment areas.

Each bulkhead indoor unit is neatly concealed within joinery or ceiling spaces, with custom linear bar grilles that align perfectly with the home’s interior finishes. This design ensures quiet operation and seamless aesthetics — the system is powerful yet invisible.

In addition to the VRV systems, a Daikin central controller (DCS303A51) provides smart zoning and precise climate management. The homeowners can easily control temperature zones individually or set automated comfort profiles across the entire property. The result is a living space that adapts intuitively to the needs of its occupants, balancing luxury with energy efficiency.
