Primo Group Services delivered a complete audio, visual and lighting transformation at Bilgola Plateau Public School, redefining the school hall as a modern performance and presentation venue. Designed to support a wide range of school and community events, the new system integrates high-performance lighting, crystal-clear sound, and vivid projection into one intuitive, easy-to-use platform. At the heart of the upgrade is a fully automated AVL system controlled via iPad, allowing staff to manage lighting scenes, audio zones and visual presentations with confidence and precision. Dynamic TourPro and Chauvet lighting fixtures create vibrant, adaptable atmospheres for assemblies and performances, while Yamaha audio systems provide balanced, powerful sound both indoors and outdoors. The installation is completed with a high-brightness NEC laser projector, ensuring every presentation, film or performance is delivered with exceptional clarity. This project showcases Primo Group’s commitment to delivering integrated technology solutions that elevate everyday environments. The Bilgola Plateau school hall now stands as a versatile, high-impact space — one that inspires creativity, engages students, and enhances the quality of every event.

The completed installation delivers a vibrant, high-functioning event space that’s simple to use yet rich in capability.
A combination of TourPro Slim IP18 fixtures and a Chauvet DJ Rotosphere HP mirrorball effect provide dynamic lighting scenes across the stage, all programmable through a LightShark Core control system for one-touch iPad operation. These custom lighting presets enable staff to instantly adjust the hall’s atmosphere to suit performances, assemblies, or presentations.
The Yamaha VXS8 and CHR15 speakers ensure clear, balanced audio throughout the space, with additional ID-MH158WH outdoor speakers extending sound coverage to external areas — ideal for open-air assemblies or community events. Multi-zone audio control allows seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor use, while Bluetooth playback and wireless microphones provide complete flexibility.
Completing the system, a NEC P605ULG laser projector delivers bright, detailed visuals suitable for large-scale presentations and multimedia displays.
