Primo Group Services delivered a complete electrical, lighting, and climate control installation for the Langer Residence in South Caringbah, a contemporary home designed around simplicity, comfort, and architectural flow. The system was planned to integrate seamlessly into the home’s layout, using modern fittings, efficient lighting solutions, and a high-performance air conditioning system to create a refined and functional living environment.

Brief
The Langer Residence was designed with precision from the ground up, ensuring every electrical and lighting element supported the home’s clean, modern aesthetic. Clipsal Iconic fittings were installed throughout to provide a minimalist, cohesive finish, with more than fifty carefully positioned outlets and switches tailored to how each space is used.
A layered LED lighting design brings depth and warmth to the interior, combining recessed downlights, wall washing, and architectural strip lighting. Exterior and garden lighting extend this ambience outdoors, highlighting landscaping and architectural features.
Comfort is delivered through a Daikin 16.0kW ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system, configured as a dual-zone solution for balanced climate control between levels. Concealed ducting and colour-matched trunking maintain the home’s visual continuity.
Supporting systems include structured Cat6 data cabling, an NBN pathway to a private pole connection, intercom and POE-based security communication, and provisions for pool power and basement lighting. The outcome is a cohesive, intelligently wired residence where lighting, power, and climate work together effortlessly.
