At the Cecil Residence, every detail — from the lighting layout to network pathways — was designed to complement a contemporary architectural vision. A refined selection of Clipsal Iconic switches and outlets provides a clean, consistent finish that blends seamlessly with the interior aesthetic.

The lighting system includes LED downlights, wall illumination, and custom strip lighting that enhances materials and architectural lines throughout the home. Feature pendant provisions and smart switching add flexibility and sophistication, while exterior and garden lighting bring definition and ambience to the outdoor areas.

A robust data and communications backbone was installed, including Cat6 cabling, FTA TV infrastructure, motion sensors, smoke detection, and an intercom system with POE networking. Underground power and NBN pathways were also established, ensuring reliable performance and long-term scalability.

Climate comfort is provided by a Daikin 16.0kW ducted inverter system with dual-zone control, delivering efficient, quiet operation across both levels. The outdoor condenser was installed with colour-matched trunking to maintain the façade’s visual harmony.

The result is a refined, intelligently integrated home where all systems work cohesively — enhancing daily living through thoughtful design and precise execution.
